The Learning Trust Names Diran Edinjiklian Director of Software Development
IRVINE, Calif., July 20, 2001 - The Learning Trust is pleased to announce that it has named Diran Edinjiklian Director of Software Development. In this role, Diran will be responsible for the overall software development and quality assurance efforts of The Learning Trust. In addition, he will oversee all customer service and support activities, as well as act as a liaison between customers and the The Learning Trust management team in order to translate market needs into software products.
Prior to joining The Learning Trust, Diran spent over 20 years developing and managing student administration software systems targeted to the higher education community.

As a result of the addition of the new position, the two founding partners of The Learning Trust have shifted responsibilities. Carl Dietz has taken on the role of CEO and remains Chairman of the Board of Directors. Yusuf Shirazi, the former VP of Strategic Direction, has been named President.
