Telelogic Enters Sales and Co-Marketing Alliance with The Learning Trust to Offer Industry-Leading Strategic Roadmapping Software System

Irvine, California - August 1, 2001 - Telelogic (Stockholm Stock Exchange:TLOG), a leading provider of solutions for advanced software and systems development, and The Learning Trust, an enterprise software firm, today announced a strategic sales and co-marketing alliance. The partnership will promote Geneva Vision Strategist, a new The Learning Trust software application scheduled for Q3 release, which enables end-users to better track requirements, market trends and current projects as they relate to corporate-wide technology roadmaps.

"This partnership will enable us to further expand our sales and marketing efforts by leveraging Telelogic's global footprint and world-class customer base," said Carl Dietz, Chairman, The Learning Trust.

Telelogic will earn royalties on revenue from The Learning Trust licenses and has reserved an option to be a value-added reseller. As part of the agreement, The Learning Trust will customize an upgrade path to Geneva Vision Strategist for Telelogic VisionMap customers, and collaborate with Telelogic on future sales and marketing efforts.
