The Learning Trust Partners with Johns Hopkins Advanced Physics Laboratory to Support Roadmapping Initiatives
Irvine, California - August 4, 2003 - The Learning Trust, a leading enterprise software firm specializing in innovation management automation software solutions, announced that its Geneva Vision Strategist and Vision Synergy products would be used to support roadmapping projects at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHUAPL), a research and development division of Johns Hopkins University.
Geneva Vision Strategist is rapidly becoming the de facto standard software product for roadmapping projects sponsored by government agencies, the military and private industry. The JHUAPL projects will utilize both Vision Strategist and Vision Synergy, its companion product, to automatically create accurate roadmaps from unstructured knowledge provided by both government and industry partners of JHUAPL. Both products are designed to improve the creation, management and viewing of complex and collaborative technology roadmaps.
"Our partnership with Johns Hopkins illustrates the growing importance of database roadmapping. Bringing a software tool to the type of large-scale roadmapping projects we foresee APL participating in is a huge step towards truly collaborative industry and government roadmaps," said Carl Dietz, CEO of The Learning Trust. "We are eager to see how Geneva Vision Strategist transforms roadmapping projects for APL partners and to assist in any way we can."
