The Learning Trust Announces the General Availability of Geneva Vision Strategist Version 1.6
IRVINE, Calif. - November 16, 2001 - The Learning Trust today released version 1.6 of its enterprise strategic planning software solution, Geneva Vision Strategist. The upgrade builds upon the technology added in version 1.5 and contains advanced features that focus on collaboration, security, and the enhancement of current functions.
The comprehensive solution creates functional, interactive roadmaps that provide a "big-picture" view of prioritized product and technology developments and link them with their associated market trends and business strategies. The result is more accurate forecasts and an improved ability to manage continuing change.
Geneva Vision Strategist version 1.6 features improved viewing capabilities such as the ability to hide complete scenarios and composites in views. The remarkable "Snap-to" feature gives the user the ability to manipulate elements and move or create them in even months/quarters/half years/years. Version 1.6 also allows the user to publish views over the Internet for easy, protected accessibility to peers throughout the world.
"This release includes several new features that further support enterprise collaboration and day to day usability for company strategists", said Roger House, Vice President of Sales at The Learning Trust. "Nearly every feature has been enhanced, from roadmap publishing on the web to the strategist toolkit in the software. It is a major release."
