Motorola "Go Live" with Vision Strategist 1.7 is Successful Today
Over 100,000 planning references available in The Learning Trust's software solution
IRVINE, Calif., December 1, 2001 - Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) reached a key milestone this weekend in its goal to create an online enterprise wide Technology Roadmap when the company went live with version 1.7 of The Learning Trust's Geneva Vision Strategist. Motorola shut down their legacy planning system yesterday and moved its data to The Learning Trust's strategic roadmapping software database today. To ensure there would be no disruption in the planning activities of thousands of employees, Motorola migrated more than 100,000 project references over the weekend using a validated technology tool developed by Motorola and The Learning Trust during the past three months.

With features including drag and drop roadmaps, reference roadmaps, scenario linking and web publishing, the latest version of Vision Strategist enables strategists at organizations to collaborate with planning stakeholders continuously from anywhere across an enterprise. Motorola is using the product to coordinate the technology planning activities of thousands of engineers who make their own technology roadmaps available to their peers using the company's intranet.
